At Alta Fleura we are commited to delivering the freshest flowers possible. We make every effort possible to fill your order as ordered, however due to the seasonality of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value, keeping the look and feel of the arrangement as similar as possible, maintaining the overall size, shape and color combinations. We may substitute a different color in the same flower, or a different flower in a similar shape in the same color as ordered.
Orders received at least 24 hours in advance will be delivered on time. We make every effort to deliver same day deliveries, but can not guarantee delivery time if order is received too close for a timed delivery.
Delivery Policy
We value our reputation for honesty and integrity above all else. We stand behind our product for quality and freshness. If, in the unlikely event, you are dissatisfied with your purchase for quality or design reasons, we will promptly pick up and replace it with another item in order to ensure your satisfaction. If you choose, we will have your delivery picked up and then promptly refund your purchase price. Because of the perishable nature of flowers, all we ask is that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
